In the normal title screen, the game draws the options on top of the image by using other game assets. Gabriel's feet were also cleaned up a bit, making them larger and giving them a better perspective. The subtitle, "Shadow Hunter", kinda gives away the plot, so it was probably changed because of that. The image on the right (File 101.p56 in the internal file list) appears to be a mockup title screen for an earlier version of the game.
